US announces import bans, modified tariffs on Canadian alcohol, dairy, and motor vehicle products

According to a related release, the Section 338 duties apply in addition to duties imposed under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 and apply regardless of whether the goods qualify under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
