Financial complaints report released The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) says it has received more than 35,000 complaints and assisted consumers and small businesses to obtain $83 million in settlements in its first six months of operation.The organisation’s ‘Six Month Report’, which was released on Monday, states that 60 percent of complaints have already been resolved, with 74 percent resolved in favour of the complainant or by agreement.Key statistics from the report inclu...
