ACT 2021-22 Budget: A budget to keep Canberra’s economy moving Setting out the Territory’s largest ever infrastructure program, the Government announced a $5 billion investment in infrastructure over the next five years. Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Chief Minister and Treasurer, the Hon Andrew Barr MLA delivered the 2021-22 ACT Budget on Wednesday 6 October 2021.
