Queensland and WA drive home ownership resurgence

The dream of homeownership remains alive due to increased owner‑occupiers in Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria, writes KPMG Urban Economist Terry Rawnsley.

An uptick in the number of owner-occupiers across Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria has shown that the dream of homeownership remained alive even in tough housing market.
