Inclusive Framework agrees to historic deal on international tax The OECD/G20 sponsored forum has agreed the key principles for major change to international tax rules from 2023, writes Grant Wardell-Johnson. On 1 July 2021, in an historic agreement, 130 countries have approved a statement providing a framework for reform of the international tax rules. These countries are members of an Inclusive Framework (IF) of 139 countries, sponsored by the OECD.
