Superannuation performance standards – draft regulations released

As raised by Ross Stephens, Damian Ryan and David Bardsley, it will be important that, once finalised, the impact on the industry from the performance benchmarks continues to be closely monitored.

The Federal Government released exposure draft regulations on 27 April 2021 for the Your Future Your Super (YFYS) package announced in the 2020-21 Federal Budget last October.
