Inclusive Framework on BEPS releases updates to global minimum tax administration

Additional administrative guidance under the Pillar Two rules has been released in January, including several developments aimed at streamlining the administration of the global minimum tax.

The Inclusive Framework on BEPS released a series of documents in January 2025 (running to approximately 330 pages) on the application of the Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) Rules.
