Hydrogen, critical minerals production tax incentives to commence 1 April

As part of the Government's Future Made in Australia (FMiA) agenda, Parliament has passed the Future Made in Australia (Production Tax Credits and Other Measures) Act 2025 (the Act) which commences shortly on 1 April 2025. The Act introduces two new tax incentives: a hydrogen production tax incentive (HPTI) and a critical minerals production tax incentive (CMPTI).
