India 2025-2026 budget – Tax measures The measures contained in India’s 2025-2026 budget are related to direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing and customs duties. India's Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the country's Union Budget for fiscal year 2025-2026. Notably, the budget does not propose changing corporate tax rates and does not address the expected implementation of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's Pillar Two global minimum tax (GloBE rules) in India.
