ATO agrees to Tax Ombudsman’s Online Services for Agents recommendations

The Tax Ombudsman made three recommendations to the ATO to help modernise its digital services, cut admin burden, and make it easier for agents to support their clients.

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has agreed to all three recommendations from the Tax Ombudsman's review into its Online Services for Agents.
