Until June 2023, Ben led KPMG’s People Services team, where he brought more than 20 years’ advisory experience to all areas of performance and reward including total reward strategy, incentive design and employee engagement strategies, as well as global mobility, social security and employment taxes. He has worked with a number of Australian and multinational companies on all areas of HR and finance, providing a holistic approach to issues impacting their people such as talent, global mobility and leadership programs.
Ben has worked with leading technology, financial services, health, energy, property and consumer goods organisations, and is a leader in the merger and acquisitions area. His role as a member in KPMG’s global tax and legal executive team gives him an informed view on global trends.
